The Managing Director, Bonolo Arthur John Lekwa, is highly experienced in safety, risk, environmental and quality (SHERQ) management. He has a demonstrated history of working in the SHERQ field for over two decades. He has also gained business acumen over the years. This enables him to offer solutions sought by the market in which his company operates.

Bonolo is skilled and experienced in implementing and maintaining ISO-based management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001), leading people, managing projects, applying legal requirements, driving change and working with data management tools.

Over the years, Bonolo has built mutually beneficial relationships with various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities. He is a highly-skilled, results-driven professional with these tertiary academic qualifications: Bachelor of Arts in Education, Bachelor of Arts Honours in Geography and Environmental Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Masters in Environmental Management. These qualifications are supplemented by various courses from various academic institutions and training service providers. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Safety Management on a part-time basis.

Bonolo is affiliated with these organisations: Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA), International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIAsa), Land Rehabilitation Society of Southern Africa (LaSSA), Society for South African Geographers (SSAG) and the South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH).
